Groups for K1 League announced

The K1 League organizers have announced groups for the 2012 Season I which will take place in Shanghai and run from May 26 until July 1.

We previously reported that six of the eight teams for the inaugural season had been picked while the schedule was released, and  now those six will be joined by hiQi and New4 to round up the team list.

Group A will be played from May 26 until June 3, while group B kicks off on June 9 and will finish on June 17. Complete match schedule is available on PCGames.com.

It is worth noting that Natus Vincere will be attending DreamHack Summer after all, as their play in K1 League will not resume until June 22 with the All Stars matches.

K1 League is played on Counter-Strike: Online which closely resembles Condition Zero with some added weapons. It's a game that uses a micropayment system and was specifically made for the Asian market.
